I am a Certified Signing Agent through both the National Notary Association and 123 Notary. I specialize in Loan Document Signings.  Commissioned Notary public in the State of Florida since 2000.  Since recently retiring from a public contact management position with a major airline my experiences provide me with a keen knowledge and skills to handle challenging and diverse situations.  My position required notary documentation for various international travel documents.  I have been a signing agent for over three years, and have completed hundreds of loan document signings. My mobile notary public service experience includes closings on all types of loans such as refinance, purchase/sell, home equity, HELOC, and reverse mortgages. 

I am bonded in State of Florida, hold Errors and Omissions Insurance & have completed background screening.

Before moving to Florida in 1996 I was a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts. My husband and I bought and sold numerous residential and commercial properties in Massachusetts. 

When I am contacted to handle a closing I realize that I may be the only one to have any personal interaction with the borrower of a loan.  I understand the importance of my role as a closing agent.  I totally enjoy every assignment!! I’ve handled transactions and communicated with lenders, title companies & signing companies from all over the United States.  My background and experiences has given me the knowledge and experience to provide and handle customers with ease, conduct myself professionally and get the job done…
