Charmaine is certified and background screened by the National Notary Association. She is bonded and E&O insured. She is experienced with signings for a variety of mortgage and loan products, including FHA/VA, loan modifications, purchase & reverse mortgage closings.

Charmaine's typical day usually starts at a hospital or health care facility where she notarizes wills, power of attorney, health care surrogates or other legal documents for patients who are unable to leave the facility to have these documents notarized. In the afternoon she usually is at a closing table for a home purchase or seller, or senior citizen closing on a reverse mortgage, or family home refinancing. She later freshens up, and then will be off to the beach to officiate a romantic sunset wedding.
